is this the beginning of the meltdown, years ago if someone left or were unexpectedly sacked, there was always a pool of relief managers to be called on, well of course his lordship has done away with them, the stocktakers are having a hard time too, as they are being asked to do extra stocks to cover all the departures, know of at least 7 pubs in the west that do not have permanent managers and havent had for some time, you see he keeps employing people with no training or dedication and they stick at the job for a few weeks, then tell him where to go, and now its started to affect the east side too. just how much money is all this incompetence costing the brewery. does anyone know if his lordship has shares in any media companies, because i cant understand why this on going farce is not being reported in national news and tv, unless he can gagg them too, come on admin you seem quiet at the moment, any news to tell us, and members please keep us informed on this site what is happening in your area, it builds up a far greater picture of the problem.

The couple from the Star Inn in Rochdale are also having to cover the White Lion in Norden. Two separate couples walked after just a day, the couple before them were raided in the night and can't face it!

this is what this site is all about, when you read these last few posts you realise how desperate things are, its not like we have managers meetings were we can pass on information, has anyone heard any news on the tribunals yet.or have any managers got problems with holiday reliefs ( cant get one for instance) keep the lines of communication open, it makes you feel you are not alone.

Whilst certainly not wishing to appear smug...far from it, I am SOOO f--king glad we got out when we did.
It was bad enough a couple of years ago, I dread to think what the poor souls are going through now.

The annoying part of it all is that none of this cr-p needs to be happening, as said previously if it wasn't so bloody serious and life changing it would be hilarious because you couldn't make it up, no one would believe it.

I sincerely hope that some sort of "end" will come soon, before there is nothing left, the best of luck and best wishes to anyone who is currently tied up in tribunals and stuff, I hope the c--t gets what he deserves....trouble is, if he gets done over (financially) in the courts then it will probably only mean more belt tightening...AAARRRGHH its a sodding nightmare.

Beware the toes you tread on today are not attached to the leg that supports the arse that you are gonna have to kiss tomorrow.
