after reading this section and some of the comments made by andrew pie in the sky 12 trees its obvious that he is either a smith, or hes so far up someones backside he cannot see the light. well if he has Mr Smiths ear ( or any other part of his body that he can relate to) please tell the man that he is not a brilliant chairman, or area manager, he is an absolute imbecile, who is the laughing stock of tadcaster, and the brewing industry, his policies will be the death of him and his company, and all you managers out there who are working bloody hard to make the best of a bad job, hang in there, this man cannot go around calling people thieves and treating them the way he does, and remember their is more than one way to skin a cat. expect some suprise visits from weights and measures, humphreys interpretation of a legal pint is way of the mark. stick in there dont be bullied, dont shout, just stand your ground. good luck to everyone in 2010, lets hope its the beginning of the end.

Are you being paid above the LEGAL minimum wage?

Most managers earn under the minimum rate and under the national average,so the pay is not that good !

For any new managers to this site - or any who haven't already seen this!!

Somehow, I guess Humphs isn't too pleased with this calculator!
