It has come to my attention, that as Max has mailed out a New Year message to all members - a number of emails have bounced back from non working email addresses.
It is important to keep your email address (in your profile) up to date with a working address. Periodically, accounts with non working addresses will be deleted - as part of general website housekeeping maintenance.
Also, it's worth noting that your email address allows you to recover lost passwords, and receive any urgent news that we may (on very rare occasions) post.

Also - please rest assured, that your email address is never visible to anyone (only yourself), and is held in a separate secure protected database server.
We are considering making email addresses available to members, such as a.person@samsmiths.info - which would come as a pop3 address (working with your computers mail program, and webmail online access) or a 'divert to' your current email address - please let me know what you think, or if you are interested.
