Hump I worked for you for over 20 years the 1st 15 years was great a pleasure to open the doors and let in customers. Then you took out T.V.s backround and live music,be honest with yourself and admit thats when it all went wrong.Your beers are second to none,your last brewery increase of prices was August 1990,surely you can increase a little and bring back the tools that are needed to help your managers increase trade and take the pressure of them instead of making their lives hell.Do you treat your office staff the same or is it just the people on the front line who do their best to sell your beers.We don,t hear office staff,stocktakers,staff in the bottling plant etc having the problems the overworked pub managers have.So Humphrey do something Christian and change your ways.
