This is a long-boarded up pub and now several empty shops next to the SSOB Duncan pub in Duncan Street, Leeds. The site continues round the corner into Hirsts Yard. As with many SSOB sites, it seems like the policy is to let the property mature with age like a fine port before bringing it back into use. Obviously there is absolutely no question of selling it!
