I have'nt been in any pubs of late as I have been busy at home but when I do will try the new crisps. I don't really like cheesey crackers so will most likely give them a miss.

I am thinking that next weekend I will visit this freind of mine in Spalding and go to the Olde White Horse, maybe they will have the new crisps in there.

Went out last night to a sams house i tried the mini cheddars my mate tried the dry roasted nuts, the nuts were ok if a tad light in flavour but pretty good none the less, the mini cheddars however were horrible compressed salty cardboard about sums them up.

well it has to be said the crisps are good, tried two flavours tonight very good we enjoyed them, so mr smith you have good beer good snacks, at a good price so how about a rethink on things let the managers manage they know their patrons you do not,  let them have some scope to make money for the brewery, they do not have to be micro managed let them loose and you will benefit, i can stand a raise in beer prices if my local is done up and made more inviting, so mr  smith get a grip and let managers think for themselves and we will all be the better for it.

Must admit that I thought they were Walkers Sensations. There's a couple of compulsory codes relating to the manufacturer on the bags that will hopefully reveal all, once I get a mate in the food biz to check.

the chilli nuts are very nice but not keen on the others, the cheese biscuits are just too salty and bitter for me but some people like them and the crisps seem to be getting a good reaction all round.

I think that the crisps are decent, but the packaging is Soviet!

If I remember correctly the crisps that I'd previously seen in a London SS pub were McCoys, which are no better than reconstituted cardboard, if not actually reconstituted cardboard!

So a big improvement there from my limited taste testing!

Have tried all the snacks, great crisps, much better that McCoys. The chilli nuts are very spicey, salted ok, not keen on the dry roast.  Cheese biscuits are nice, but would be better with cheese spread.

The crisps are very mush like Smiths crisps which is owned by Walkers,  the beef flavour taste just like their bovril flavour
