Yes I do that too but then find myself turning up again because it goes like cold tea,cant win mate!!! Still chuckling bout F.O.B and maybe thats his holdover H.S they both do it together :o

Like your style ant.  You are the only one that is talking sense.
It is indeed a nightmare, we have exactly the same problems and we do the same i.e.turning taps up then down.  Cellar service can't solve it either. Nothing at all to do with line cleaning. Mine are done regularly.  5%....it's a joke. :(

HERE!!! HERE!!!  Its exactly the same for us They just dont listen to us Managers when we try to explain frothy barrells etc. how come its always down to the Manager what about the other people that  work in the brewery, they not threatened with their jobs and yes 5% is a joke
