We used to get a letter about May telling us about a pay rise in July Can't remember Getting one this year, We got a Note attached to our July pay note, saying that if anyone thinks they have achieved a bonus it will be on Augusts pay note Lol!! Be very surprised if anyone gets that !!

I know the 2 managers of Sams pubs that i go quite a bit are not expecting a bonus or a pay rise this year.One manager i know has not had a pay rise for 3 years. But the office and brewery staff have had a 3% pay rise, anyone know any more information.

GROW UP YOU WORK FOR SS THEY RIP THE ARSE OUT OF ALL MANAGERS AND AS FOR THE FOOD   DO NOT PAY A THING SMITHY CANT MAKE YOU   AND THE 5% IS A BRIBE PS WORK IT OUT WHAT THE SURPLUS GIVES HIM -----------------------ALL OF YOUR LOTS WAGES
