Well they've done it yet again. Another home goal from The Chuckle Brothers!

HS has proclaimed that food they sell at their hostelries - is fresh food!!!

OK it was once fresh, then frozen, then delivered to the pub to be freshly sold - says HS.

No, no, no, no, no! What planet? Try running that one past Trading Standards, or the Advertising Standards Authority. Selling/advertising such food as 'fresh' - would be BREAKING THE LAW.

I suppose by HS's standards, ALL food is fresh. Ha! Someone need to go back to school.

Quite often, the types of individuals behind breaking the law, are the greedy, ignorant (no excuse), and inhumane. But I suppose an exception would be allowed in court, if it could be proven that the individual(s) involved, had just been assimilated by aliens from another galaxy. Failing that, they should pay dearly for their crimes.

Finally -  can anyone tell me, what is the psychological condition attributed to an individual who believe that no matter what - they themselves are always right - regardless of the majority, or facts, proving otherwise?

Bring back democracy! Or if you must have a dictatorship - then it should be governed by individuals with at least some intelligence!

Interesting you should mention that. Maybe someone can confirm, but I'm lead to believe that HS has only recently got his driving license back, after being banned for DD.

If true - it would suggest that not only does he consider himself above the law (or have complete disrespect for it), but also has little consideration for the fact that he might have one-day, killed some innocent person, even a child, whilst driving under the influence.

I would strongly recommend - that anyone, noticing HS or his side-kick poison dwarf - FOB (below), getting into a car, whilst over the limit - call the Police immediately!

FOB - The Poison Dwarf

Whilst there's no excuse whatsoever, for driving over the limit, many people push their luck - as they have no other means of getting home - especially when you consider that we have one of the worst public transport systems in the modern world - that's assuming you don't get stabbed, whilst waiting for a bus, taxi, or train to arrive.

However - there is absolutely no excuse on this planet - when the drink-driving criminal - has enough wealth to pay for a permanent driver - with the secondary advantage of keeping someone in employment.

F.O'b has just got HIS license back he was trying to do his job catching the bus into York to visit his pubs and given the pubs in Tadcaster as a result. I have never known Humphrey to have lost his for DD although he was once sick out of his car window in the car park of the Whitehouse in Denton.
For those who understand, no explanation is needed.

If it be true that HS got done for DD, this gives him a criminal record. Under companies house rules any person being involved with a company as a director MUST BE A FIT AND PROPER PERSON TO HOLD THAT POSITION. Having a criminal record will make him unfit to be a director and maybe this should be investigated and reported to companies house. Whilst on the subject of fit and proper persons, Does FOB not fall into this category? After all being an area manager (or whatever his position maybe) he must hold a personal licence and one cannot help but wonder if he disclosed his record whilst applying for it? I fear not because what authority will grant such a privilege to a CRIMINAL. Just a few thoughts, but hey this is still Britain is'nt it?
And yes Mr Smith !!!!! I AM A DISGRUNTELLED EX MANAGER OF YOURS FROM THE R&M GASGARTH SIDE who happens to think that laws are there to be upheld by EVERY BODY

Having just visited the Waitrose website, I felt I just had to post this..

Waitrose, claim to be able to supply both 'fresh' and 'frozen' food! Yet we all know someone who thinks they are two of the same thing!  :D :D :D :D

By the way, if anyone knows of any brewery instruction or directive, advising management/staff to describe the 'ping pies' as 'fresh', then please alert me via ConsumerWatch @SamSmiths.info (remove the space before the at which is inserted to combat spam).

You may also want to inform your local Trading Standards office.
