no more buffets

i am one of the infamous sacked managers taking HS to court.  It seems that these new managers that have had all of 5 days training are above Humphs rules.  A certain pub in Humphs area hosted a funeral buffet this week.  These same "managers" are actually sleeping and residing in the pub together with 4 kids and 2 dogs.  Never thought i would see the day when this once great brewery would literally go to the dogs!!

Another couple of new managers are providing a buffet and giving away a gallon of beer at their quiz night!!!!!!!!!!!!

i know of one of our pubs giving beer away on qiuz nights not sure how much exactly but my quizmaster does my quiz for 2 pints a time and i pay for them myself as hrws stopped buying them for him years ago

our quiz is self sustaining and well attended come on folks if you want to complain make it worth the hassle, there are some things that you have to give smiths credit for and that is there pricing policy, and dont forget there is no such thing as afree pint you may or might have had an allowance for promotions but in the end that lack of profit came of your bonus. look at it this way if you gave 200 pound of beer away in promotions, then at the end of the year you missed your bonus by 150 pound would you be so keen.
